Feasibility study

Regulatory compliance and safety validation

Material sourcing and procurement

Once designs are independently validated, our procurement team sources materials against the certified Technical Dossier. Physical implementation and construction

Our specialist construction teams execute the certified engineering blueprints under strict on-site project management. Every installation sequence follows the Technical Dossier. From structural posts and timber platforms to climbing elements, no material substitutions or structural changes are made without a formal change-control process. Progress is reported transparently against the agreed programme milestones.

Training, launch, and handover

A structure is only as safe and commercially effective as the team operating it. Our training and education programme covers park instruction, rescue protocols, and safety management procedures — from Instructor to Safety Manager level. Before the public opening, we conduct visitor taster sessions to validate operational flow, throughput, and staff response protocols. Project handover includes the full Technical Dossier, certification documentation, and a recommended inspection and maintenance schedule.

Adventure play facilities — particularly those with height elements, aerial walkways, or climbing structures — are subject to a defined framework of European safety standards. Compliance is not optional, and it is not achievable through a cursory sign-off at the end of a project.

How does your approach protect against unexpected cost overruns?

The most common source of construction budget overruns is late-stage discovery of regulatory or structural issues requiring design changes mid-build. Our roadmap addresses this by completing feasibility, environmental assessment, and regulatory validation before finalising structural design. By the time our construction teams arrive on site, there are no unresolved compliance questions and no certified material substitutions to be negotiated.

Why is the feasibility study a paid engagement?

A meaningful feasibility study requires our engineers to conduct actual site surveys, analyse terrain and environmental data, and consult with planning authorities. This work has real cost and cannot be produced as a speculative free service without compromising its quality or usefulness. The fee is credited in full against the construction contract on award — so if the project proceeds, the study costs you nothing in net terms.

Can you work on sites with ecological or tree-preservation constraints?
